The Security Service of Ukraine, together with the Prosecutor's Office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, ceased the activities of two propagandists carrying out orders from Russian special services in Kyiv, according to the press service of the SBU.
“The operatives of the special services found that two residents of the Ukrainian capital, on the instructions of Russian special services, posted anti-Ukrainian video materials on the Internet, which were subsequently broadcast by Russian media,” the ministry informed.
According to law enforcers, time after time, the perpetrators traveled to Russia, where they received instructions from their curators and money for the work done. The studio for filming and editing video clips was arranged in a private house in Kyiv.
Perpetrators produced video materials that called for the violent actions against the existing constitutional system, state power, and also justifying extremist and terrorist actions.
Earlier in Lviv, the Security Service under the leadership of the Prosecutor's Office exposed a group that arranged provocative actions in Lviv by order of representatives of the Russian Federation.
