The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has formed a delegation for talks with the Turkish Republic on the protection of the investment climate. The corresponding order was published on the government portal.
Established by the Ukraine's Government delegation will take part in talks with Turkish counterparts on the conclusion of an agreement between the authorities of the two states on the mutual promotion and protection of investments.
Director of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade Alexey Perevesentsev was appointed the head of the Ukrainian delegation, composed of the Director of the Department of International Law of the Ministry of Justice Tamara Andreyeva, head of the Foreign Ministry Economic Cooperation Department Alexander Danileiko, First Deputy Director of the Legal Department of the Secretariat of the Cabinet Alexey Kapitonov and other.
Head of the delegation Alexey Perevesentsev, if necessary, can make changes to the composition of the delegation and to attract new employees of central and local executive authorities.
Delegation directives were also approved as a material for the official use only.
In May of this year, the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, after talks with his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Istanbul, reported on the harmonization of agreements on investment protection and avoidance of double taxation between the two countries.
