At the end of March, residents from the sanitary-protective zone of the Kerch Bridge construction were settled in newly built three-storey houses in the Lower Solnechny micro district. The houses for the residents of the Cement Slobodka were put into operation in the middle of March, and from the March 30, the first inhabitants began to settle in the houses along Heroiv Stalingrada Street, KERCH.COM.RU reports. But the first cracks started appearing in buildings and constructions after spring rains.
The contractor claimed that the main thing in his work was quality and timing, and the so-called Head of the occupied Russian peninsula Sergei Aksyonov personally inspected the houses for settlers from the construction zone of the Kerch bridge - he examined the entrances and apartments.
But the first spring rains threatened the comfort and safety of their residents.
The base of the first house has already sagged, due to which a huge crack was formed, and in some places pedestrian paths began to sag as well.
