The British Embassy in Ukraine published a video on its page on Twitter with an appeal to release all Ukrainian political prisoners held in the Russian Federation.
The video tells how Russia sentences Ukrainians, including the Crimean Tatars on fabricated charges.
“At least 20 prisoners have been transferred into Russia, across the internationally recognized border… We must maintain pressure on Russia to bring an end to these violations," the video says.

British diplomats say that Russia continues to violate international law.
Earlier, Britain also called on Russia to release Ukrainian prisoners.
