Today, July 27, in Minsk, Security Subgroup will continue negotiations on the establishment of demilitarized zones in Donbas, as reported the correspondent of 'Radio Liberty’ Valery Kalinowski in the air of the 112 channel.

On July 26, the OSCE Special Representative in the Trilateral Contact Group, Ambassador Martin Sajdik, and coordinators of the four working groups discussed the future strategy of the Minsk process, which indicates the crisis of the Minsk format. Yet none of the negotiators rejected it, believing that bad negotiation is better than war.

According to the correspondent Kalinovski, today's meeting will be held "without any hopes of breakthroughs."

- At the previous meeting on July 13 the demilitarization of three of the twelve zones was almost agreed on. It was expected that the contract could be signed remotely. But this did not happen, - said the reporter.

He specified that the Ukrainian representative in the Trilateral group, ex-President Leonid Kuchma, will participate in the talks via videoconference.
