In Lithuania, a group of friends of the Ukrainian Crimea was established, which is intended support international projects to restore the territorial integrity of Ukraine.

The group will support diplomatic, information and economic initiatives that are aimed at de-occupation of the peninsula.

Moreover, the group's responsibilities include the dissemination at the international level of information on the need to restore the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, as well as monitoring of human rights violations in the annexed Crimea.

One of the initiators of the group was the member of the party "Homeland Union - Lithuanian Christian Democrats" Laurynas Kaunas, noted that the group "will make efforts so that similar initiatives were created in other countries of the West".

QHA reported that On March 14, the Representative Office of the European Commission in Sofia (Bulgaria) hosted a public discussion "Four years after the occupation of the Crimea: Is there a way out of the impasse?" Chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people Refat Chubarov called on the EU member states and the Bulgarian government in the EU Council to condemn and not to recognize the presidential election in the occupied Crimea.

Leading Bulgarian experts noted that the consequences of the occupation of the Crimea are dangerous not only for Ukraine, but also for the international community.
