The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine ratified the Protocol amending the multilateral agreement on international transport for development of the Europe-Caucasus-Asia corridor bypassing Russia.

A total of 241 MPs voted for the bill No. 0118, a QHA journalist reports.

According to Deputy Minister of Infrastructure Viktor Dovgan, the ratified changes include technical updates to the basic principles of operation of the railway and ferry complexes in Black and Caspian Seas.

“This technical supplement is important for the development of transport corridor bypassing Russia,” he said, speaking at the Verkhovna Rada.
