The judges with the North Caucasus Military Court in Rostov-on-Don have scheduled four hearings to be held this week for the Crimean Muslims accused of terrorism and participation in the organization "Hizb ut-Tahrir," a lawyer Emil Kurbedinov reported on Facebook.

- Jointly with the colleagues from Sevastopol and Eden Semedlyaev we are flying to Rostov-on-Don to the next hearings due to be held by the North Caucasus District Military Court for four Crimean Muslims charged with terrorism. Four hearings are scheduled to be held from Monday to Thursday this week! Wrote the lawyer.

The so-called "Hizb ut-Tahrir" case has become a hallmark of the FSB’s struggle against otherwise-minded Muslims in Crimea. The Security Forces break into the houses, conduct illegal searches and detentions under the pretext of suspicion of terrorism and claim their repressive operations target combating extremism.

Four Crimean Tatars - Ruslan Zeytullaev, Rustem Vaitov, Yuri (Nuri) Primov and Ferat Seyfullaev – have been taken from Crimea to Rostov-on-Don. Since June 1, they are tried by the North Caucasus District Military Court.

The lawyers have not found evidence proving the terrorist activities of the "Hizb ut-Tahrir" organization. Therefore they believe the Crimean Muslims held in Russian jails are real political prisoners and all actions against them are repressions of the occupation authorities against the Crimean Tatars in Crimea.
