Candidate for the presidency of the Russian Federation (RF) Ksenia Sobchak states that if she decides to visit the occupied Crimea, she will do it only with the permission of Kyiv.

“Crimea, according to international agreements, is Ukrainian. In any case, I'll enter from the Ukrainian territory," she said.

Sobchak further noted that she did not rule out the possibility of a trip to the occupied peninsula, but so far she has not planned to visit it.

Reportedly, Ksenia Sobchak intends to conduct election campaign in the occupied Crimea.

According to preliminary data, Sobchak will come to the Crimea in the second half of February.

Sobchak noted that an international referendum should take place in the Crimea, since this is the only possible solution to the conflict with the occupied peninsula.

She also believes that the poverty of Russians is directly related to the annexation of the Crimea in 2014. According to her, people do not see this connection yet. She added that at the moment there is no "stability" in Russia either.
