Refat Aliev and Arsen Dzhepparov, detained by the Russian Security Forces in annexed Crimea, are to be brought before court on Friday, June 17, at 02.30 p.m., Head of the CEC Kurultai Zair Smedlyaev reported on Facebook.

- Today, June 17 at 02.30 p.m. in St. Vorovskogo St.16, the Kiev District Court of Simferopol is to hold a hearing on the extension of detention terms of Refat Aliev and Arsen Dzhepparov arrested April 18, 2016, after being searched.

A lawyer Emil Kurbedinov reported that Arsen Dzhepparov shares a cell with people accused of rape. For two days Dzhepparov was held in solitary confinement. According to him, the unknown are trying to influence Arsen’s relatives, urging them to speak with the defendant so that he would become more compliant.

April, 18 in the village of Krasnokamenka (Big Yalta) the Security Forces searched the houses of Refat Aliev and Arsen Dzhepparov and following that detained both Crimean Tatars.

They are accused of involvement in "Hizb ut-Tahrir" organization banned in the Russian Federation.
