In Vinnytsa, public activists are holding a rally outside the building of the Vinnytsia Regional State Administration demanding the resignation of President Petro Poroshenko, the party of Mikheil Saakashvili Movement of new forces reported.

According to the information of the political forces, people brought tires to the building and stated their disagreement with the current authorities and with what is happening in the country.

“Since February 26, activists intend to announce an unlimited protest near Vinnytsia Regional State Administration demanding the resignation of Petro Poroshenko," public activist Vadim Khitrich informed.

According to him, the protesters are in solidarity with those from Tyachiv in Transcarpathia.

“During four years our cynical power could not do anything to punish the murderers of Heavenly Hundreds. Our government continues to repress people who do not express their opinion in favor of power. This is not the thing we stood for on Maidan, or fight for at the eastern borders," Khitrich noted.

He went on saying that the activists gathered to read out an appeal to representatives of the current government and demand it to be implemented.

Khitrich said that the further actions of the protesters depend on how the authorities react to the protest. Activists from Poltava take part in the action demanding the resignation of Poroshenko as well.

According to the Movement of the new forces, on February 21 in Tyachiv in Transcarpathia public protests took place with the demand to convene an extraordinary session of the district council and express distrust to the acting President Petro Poroshenko and call him to resign.

Reportedly, Ruslan Chernolutsky, lawyer of Mikheil Saakashvili, said that the leader of the party Movement of new forces was banned from entering Ukraine until February 13, 2021.
