March 22, the Kremlin-controlled Parliament of the Crimea approved amendments to the budget for 2017, with revenue and expenditure part of the budget of Crimea reduced by 1.55 billion rubles. The corresponding bill was published on the official website of the so-called Crimean Parliament.

The so-called Finance Minister of the peninsula Irina Kiviko at a meeting of the relevant committee said that "less revenue of the federal targeted program was signed for this amount."

Earlier QHA reported that the public debt of the occupied Crimea has increased 13 times over 2016.
