According to the journalist Anton Naumlyuk, occupants named their version of the death of the Vedzhie Kashka, veteran of the Crimean Tatar national movement. 

In documents, the occupation "authorities" of the Crimea indicated that the cause of death was hypertensive heart disease.

QHA reported that the Prosecutor's Office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea initiated criminal proceedings on the facts of illegal searches, detentions of activists and death of Vedzhie Kashka.

Earlier, Refat Chubarov, the Chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people, the President of the World Congress of Crimean Tatars, a member of the Ukrainian Parliament, called the death of Vedzhie Kashka a murder.

He wrote the post on his Facebook page, laying the blame for the death of the legendary activist of the Crimean Tatar national movement on the Russian authorities.

November 23, following the searches and detentions conducted in the Crimea by FSB officers, Vedzhie Kashka died.

The news of the death of Vedzhie Kashka, one of the modern heroes of the Crimean Tatar people, veteran of the national movement literally blew up social networks.

Later on, Mariana Betsa, the Spokesperson of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry offered her condolences on behalf of the state concerning the death of Vedzhie Kashka.
