The President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin said that the "Kremlin list" of the US Treasury is an unfriendly act, which complicates relations between the countries.

Putin states that he does not see any sense in Washington`s actions.

“But this is certainly an unfriendly act, it complicates Russian-American relations, which are already in a difficult situation ... The realization will come that formulating any lists, intimidating, frightening or trying to restrain development don't make any sense. This is the most important thing that we should do, guided by the well-known rule "the dog barks, and the caravan goes,” he added

Previously, the Minister of Justice of Ukraine Pavlo Petrenko stated that the publication of so called “Kremlin list” is the last warning for RF.

Earlier QHA reported, the US Treasury published the "Kremlin list" envisaged by the new law on sanctions, which included businessmen Oleg Deripaska, Roman Abramovich, Vladimir Potanin, Mikhail Fridman. Inclusion in the list does not mean the introduction of any particular sanctions against the persons included in it. However, experts believe that listing may reduce the access of these individuals to operations with foreign financial institutions, as many credit institutions will regard persons from the report as actually sanctioned individuals.
