The Kremlin-controlled court of the occupied Crimea held a meeting on the case of the Crimean Tatar Shevket Razzakov, public association Crimean Solidarity reported on Facebook.

The "court" fined Razzakov 20 thousand rubles.

“The court sentenced Shevket Razzakov to a fine of 20 thousand rubles. The defense intends to appeal this decision," it was reported.

Previously, the "prosecutor" in the so-called Bakhchysarai Magistrates Court asked 300 hours of public works for Shevket Razzakov, accused of insulting a policeman.

Reference: on October 20, the invaders opened a criminal case against Shevket Razzakov in connection with "a public insult to a representative of the authorities." The basis was allegedly spitting on the policeman. The incident occurred on April 13 in Bakhchysarai during searches of Riza Muzhdabaev and Seidamet Mustafayev.

Later, Razakov was summoned for questioning to the so-called management of the Investigation Committee, where he was notified of a suspicion of "publicly insulting a representative of power." Razzakov refused to give evidence, he was released under a written undertaking not to leave the place.
