Russian President Vladimir Putin can take part in military drills in annexed Crimea, said Alexander Tkachuk, Chief of Staff of the Head of the Security Service of Ukraine, at a briefing.

- Military drills "Caucasus-2016" are to start in Crimea in the near future. It is possible that Putin and Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu can also take part in them, said Tkachuk.

According to the SBU, as of February, 25 the Russian Army Force Commission headed by General Serdyukov, the Commander of the regional center of the Southern Military District, is to start operating in occupied Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
