Sevastopol authorities took a decision to transfer the National Reserve ‘Tauric Chersonese’ into federal ownership, as reported by Vyacheslav Aksenov, the Chairman of the Budget Committee of the Sevastopol Legislative Assembly, following the meeting of the government of Sevastopol.

According to him, the decision was adopted due to the corresponding directive of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Moreover, based on the decree of Dmitry Kozak, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, the decision was taken to transfer the railroad facilities into ownership of the Republic of Crimea for subsequent affiliation with the State Unitary Enterprise ‘Crimean Railroad’, Krym Media reports.

Just a reminder: In early August, 2015, Russian President Vladimir Putin made a decision to include the monuments and territories of the National Reserve ‘Tauric Chersonese’ in the Unified State Register of Cultural Heritage sites of the peoples of the Russian Federation.
