Should the martial law be introduced, most of the Ukraine's population won’t feel any changes, the Deputy Minister on the Affairs of the Temporarily Occupied Territories Georgiy Tuka told on the air of "112 Ukraine" TV Channel.

I see no need for this. If we did not need it at the beginning of all these events then I don’t think we need it now, said the Deputy Minister.

Tuka went on saying that should the martial law be imposed most of the Ukrainians won’t feel it.

I purposely revised the martial law ... It is widely thought that had we a martial law imposed, we would have shot one and hang another." But this is nonsense! It has nothing to do with the martial law, the entire judicial branch continues to operate in a normal mode. There are certain restrictions on the fleet, military commandant's offices, but the vast majority of civilians won’t even feel it, said Tuka.
