ATO forces have moved 1.5 km deeper into the “gray zone” near the Bakhmut road of the Luhansk region, the official page of the 93rd separate Kharkiv guards mechanised brigade reported.

“The 93rd separate Kharkiv guards mechanised brigade soldiers, carrying out military tasks in the ATO area, advanced their tactical position, moving forward about 1.5 km, closer to the Bakhmut road, where they equipped new positions. The front line was aligned a little, and the occupied dominant heights provided better control of the enemy and gave the favorable conditions for defense”.

Armed Forces of Ukraine took new positions without violating the Minsk agreements, according to the 93rd brigade.

“According to the Minsk agreements the territory liberated and taken under control by 93d brigade military personnel must be transferred to Ukraine, and Ukrainian soldiers have achieved in a carefully prepared, well planned and properly implemented operation”.

Reportedly, ATO forces have moved forward without losses among Ukrainian servicemen.

Earlier QHA reported that in the end of May Ukrainian servicemen took new positions in the Svetlodarsk arc as a result of counterattacks to militants’ actions.
