August 30, at a meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council in Vienna, the participants discussed the facts of the presence of Russian troops in the Donbas, which were revealed the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission in Ukraine during August. In particular, the officers of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) recorded a new convoy of trucks from Russia on Donbas, according to the information on the page of the Permanent Mission of Ukraine to the OSCE on Twitter.

The SMM reported that trucks from the Russian Federation brought to the east of Ukraine ammunition for the Russian weapon, which is located in Khrustalny.

“Despite Russia’s restrictions, OSCE SMM registered cargo trucks illegally crossing Ukrainian-Russian state border from Russia with ammunition for Russian heavy weapons storage in Khrustalnyi, as well as new Russian electronic warfare systems in Donbas,” the report said.

QHA reported that on August 10, SMM registered convoy of trucks that entered the Ukraine and depart from it on a dirt road to an uncontrolled part of the Donetsk region. The traffic of trucks was recorded by an SMM long-range unmanned aerial vehicle.
