Russia has concentrated more than 32,000 servicemen, 174 artillery systems, 113 aircraft, ships and submarines, S-400 air defense systems and Iskander tactical missile systems in the occupied Crimea. The corresponding information was provided by the Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine on European Integration Anatoly Petrenko at the conference " Ukraine-Georgia-NATO: Modern challenges to the Security of the Black Sea Region", according to the report on the page of the project "Ukraine-Solidarity-NATO" of the party Petro Poroshenko Bloc "Solidarity" on Facebook.

“Quantitative indicators of the military presence of the Russian Federation in the Crimea (compared to 2013): personnel – previously about 12 thousand, today - more than 32 thousand servicemen; there were no tanks of the Russian Federation at all, this year there are 40 of them, armored personnel carriers - from 92 units to 680 units this year; artillery systems - previously 24 units, this year - 174 units of various artillery systems," he said.

Also, according to him, prior to the occupation Russia had 22 planes on the peninsula, and today there are 113 of them.

QHA reported that the invaders in the Crimea intend to call 2.3 thousand inhabitants of the peninsula for an emergency service within the spring draft. The recruitment campaign started on April 1 and will last until July 15. Throughout the territory of Russia, 128 thousand people will be conscripted.
