In the Shevchenkivskyi district court of Kyiv, a session is held to consider the measure of restraint to the People's Deputy of Ukraine Nadezhda Savchenko, who is suspected of preparing a terrorist act in the center of the Ukrainian capital.

Earlier, on March 15, Nadezhda Savchenko was removed from the session hall of the Verkhovna Rada, as a gun and a hand grenade were found with her.

Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko in the Verkhovna Rada hall accused Savchenko of preparing the terrorist act and stated that he would seek her arrest.

On March 22, the Regulatory Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine voted unanimously to remove immunity and detention of Nadezhda Savchenko, and then the Verkhovna Rada adopted a decision on this matter. Immediately after the meeting, Savchenko went to the SBU for questioning.
