Pro-Russian militants in the Donbas fired their fellow officers who installed minefields in the "gray" zone from the front lines, according to the report on the page of the Directorate General of the Intelligence of Ukraine on Facebook.
As a result of the incident, two terrorists were killed and three others were injured.
“The Russian occupation forces continue to incur non-combat losses due to inconsistency of actions. The personnel of the engineering unit of the 9 separate assault motorized infantry regiment of the Marine Corps (Novoazovsk) 1 AC was fired from the advanced positions of the regiment when installing the minefields in the "gray" zone. As a result of the "friendly" fire, two servicemen were killed and three wounded.”
