NATO countries play a decisive role in mobilizing international support for Ukraine in countering Russian aggression, seeking ways to overcome it, as well as to return the Russian Federation to respecting international law.

According to QHA correspondent, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko made a corresponding statement at a joint conference with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg on Monday July 10 in Kyiv.

“Our partners have expressed unequivocal support to Ukraine's efforts to protect the territorial integrity, restore sovereignty within internationally recognized borders,” Poroshenko said.

The President of Ukraine reported that he had informed the North Atlantic Alliance of the current situation in the Donbas and the enhancing of Russian aggression.

Earlier, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said that Ukraine was not about to apply for NATO membership immediately and stressed the necessity to build a real reform program and to step up efforts to reach the necessary standards.
