The Paratroops command is aware of the possibility of severe punishment for an offense, which is why forcing attorneys to delay the investigation, and at the same time, blackmailing and intimidating victims and witnesses to the incident under various pretexts, according to Directorate General of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense.

Earlier QHA reported that January 31, in the city of Armyansk, located on the temporarily Russian-occupied territory of the Crimea, a mass brawl occurred between the locals and Russian servicemen of the battalion tactical group (Filatovka) 51 Parachute Regiment 106 Airborne Division (Tula) of the RF Armed Forces.

The intelligence stressed that the incident was provoked by the Russian soldiers who, being intoxicated, badly treated the staff of the cafe and humiliated the Crimean Tatar visitors.
